Harvin Properties was founded by a licensed real estate agent who experienced first-hand how broken, expensive, and opaque the rental process had become — and decided to fix it.
Harvin Properties was born out of a simple frustration: property management was designed for institutions, not people. Landlords were paying double-digit commissions for opaque service. Tenants were chasing agents for basic updates. Managers were drowning in paperwork.
Vinutha Narayan, a seasoned RE/MAX agent with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, saw this every day. Together with a co-founding team of technologists and property professionals, she set out to build something better — a platform that puts transparency, technology, and trust at the center of every lease.
